  Food was made fast, place is clean. Taste was not bad for the dishes that we ordered. A lot of menu items. Don't expect high class waiter service or them being able to speak English too much since it's Chinatown. Definitely better than David's across the street.
  
  Would I come back here? Yes.
  Price? Double digits for every dish.
  Parking? Good luck, it's Chinatown.

  Suck this place.
  No service no water after sitting there for 10 minutes.
  
  They are quite nice to old customers. Serving them right after they enter the store.
  
  However won't give a shit to other customers.

  I really love Ocean Harmony for group dinners. They have an extensive menu with both adventurous and safe options.
  
  I even booked my rehearsal dinner. They did a really great job accommodating our group of 40 in a private room on the 2nd floor. Each table got: dumplings, scallion pancakes, orange beef, fried rice, Peking Duck, snow pea leaves, eggplant, squid, and chow fun. We also ordered some eel to share. We were able to feast for not a ton of money and took advantage of the BYO policy. They brought up ice buckets for our drinks. There is even a private bathroom in that room. We had a good laugh dropping off the alcohol earlier in the day because the room was completely trashed and covered in dirty plates, but it was in tip top shape a few hours later for us.

  Worst service ever. The food is mediocre to begin with. You're forced to order ASAP. Of course after your order the waiters could careless about you. Then when you go to pay, OH they add an automatic tip onto your bill. Like WTF! Worst establishment ever. I'll never go back. So many more places to eat in China Town that not only have better quality food, but real and honest service from the beginning.

  I liked this place. It was clean and the waitstaff was very attentive our food arrived in a timely manner.I had no complaints about the food . We enjoyed almost every thing. The crispy seafood rolls weren't a hit with hubby. He didn't like the cream sauce inside with the seafood and celery inside. We both agreed that the crispy outside was the best part of that dish!!!  All and all I would come back to Ocean Harmony.
